How to pay

When you're ready, click Checkout in your cart. You can check out as a guest — you don't need to create an account. You'll see the full order total, including any shipping, before you confirm anything.

Payment methods we accept

We currently accept PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance, or with a credit or debit card through PayPal without needing a PayPal account. All prices on this site are in US dollars (USD).

What appears on your statement

Your payment is processed by PayPal, so your statement will show PayPal alongside our store name. If you don't recognise a charge, email us at support@lunniya.com with the date and amount and we'll identify it for you.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Our checkout runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and your payment is handled entirely by PayPal — Lunniya never sees or stores your card details. You can confirm the connection is secure by looking for the padlock icon next to the web address in your browser.

When are you charged?

Your payment is taken when you place the order. Order processing begins once the payment is confirmed. If we can't fulfil your order for any reason, we refund you in full.

Order verification

On some orders we may need to confirm your details before processing, as a check against fraudulent transactions. Please make sure the contact details you give at checkout are accurate so we can reach you if that's needed. This is uncommon and usually resolved with a single email.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched — see our Cancellation Policy. After delivery, our 30-day return policy applies.
